Comments:
Excellent conditions on 20M. It was open almost all time. I did small mistake
with resting period first morning, but it is a part of the game. It was
possible to be done more that 6 millions from EU. I am wondering to see what
west EUs did?
Fortunately I quitted SOAB entry, and shutting new EU record was more exciting
and provocative.
Most difficult for copying was 4N1856T with RST319.

I was pleasantly surprised to be invited by Ranko YT6A to be a speaker at the first SKY Contest Club Hamfest to be held in the lovely town of Herceg Novi, Montenegro in March 2000.
As a US citizen, I had my doubts about traveling in this part of the world but once there, the generosity of our hosts and the friendly people of Montenegro quickly erased my uncomfortable feelings. I would recommend this festival to any ham, and I am told the SKY Contest Club will put it on again next year(2001). The facilities and accommodations available in Herceg Novi are very good, and the food is excellent. |
