4O - new prefix for Montenegro

Montenegro finally has got new prefix series. According to the ITU (take a look here ), Montenegro can use 4OA to 4OZ series, which gives 4O0, 4O1, 4O2, 4O3, 4O4, 4O5, 4O6, 4O7, 4O8 and 4O9 prefixes for ham radio usage. According to the W3UR's DX-Daily Bulettin , "When asked exactly when the two nations need to complete this change a response of 'as soon as possible" was given.' At the same time, Serbia's prefixes 4N and YZ have been taken away and given back to ITU for future use to another nation. Prefixes for Serbia are now: YU and YT, both including all areas (0 to 9). {moscomment}
