Almost all 4O3T QSLs, from Montenegro DX Festival 2007 were sending out.

In generally, three subregionals QSL managers are involved in QSLing process:
• Martti Laine, OH2BH for Japan and Asia
• John, N7CQQ and Bob, N6OX for North and South America
• Hans, PB2T for Europe and Africa

Please, as we all received many email requests in past few months, and meanwhile, many of you received QSL cards, be kind and let us know if you did not? Only emails received after March, the 1st will be reconsidering and QSL status will be check.

It will be much better if you send email or envelope DIRECTLY to your QSL sub regional manager responsible for your region. All emails I receive will be forwarded to them. Some envelopes I send out directly from Montenegro, but we find out that many of them never arrived on my address.

Please, send us NEW IRC coupons. At least 30% of HAM sends us NON VALID IRCs. New ones are blue ones, and valid date is shown on the front page.
